Welcome to "Domaine de Lavelane" – a paradise in Languedoc

Lavelane is situated in a fantastic nature with huge views over the Aude valley towards the Pyrenees.
The silence and peace is unique, only birds chirp can be detected. The property has a secluded location,
the nearest neighbour is more than a kilometer away. In the village of Cépie there is a baker with today's fresh bread.
The house contains modern convenience with well-equipped kitchen. The large pool is extra nice during hot days.
During the season, it is possible to harvest grapes, peaches, apricots, apples and figs. There are over 350 fruit-trees in
the orchards around the house. The land surface of over 40 hectares offers the opportunity to comfortable walking on their own land.

          We are seven Swedish families who have owned and enjoyed this "jewel" for nearly two decades.
          Now we have come to the years and have decided to sell the property.
